Hold for Three was created by two best friends who believe strength shows up in many forms. As a Pilates instructor, Hanna saw how the right essentials could transform confidence and form, inspiring our signature grip socks, scrunchies, and the GripShrug. Natalie, a cancer survivor, brings a deeper meaning to “hold” — a reminder to pause, breathe, and stay grounded through both tough workouts and life’s harder moments.
